Spiral Airtight Zipper

Cutting-edge sealing technology—your ultimate solution for waterproof and dustproof high-end outdoor gear

Spiral Airtight Zipper

The DFZIP Sprial Airtight Zipper features a revolutionary Triple Airtight Barrier System: an outer layer of high-strength nylon Sprial tape provides structural support, a middle layer utilizes patented TPU heat-melt co-extrusion technology to form a dense airtight barrier, and an inner layer incorporates a flexible airtight sealing strip for dynamic sealing. Tested to ISO 10648-1 airtightness standards, it achieves a leakage rate of ≤0.1 Pa·m³/s (equivalent to a 100-meter underwater pressure differential), specifically engineered for high-pressure differential environments to completely solve leakage issues with traditional zippers in vacuum/high-pressure applications.

Installation and Verification Guidelines

Strict adherence to the following professional specifications is required to ensure high airtight performance

High-Precision Installation Process

  1. Use ≥0.15mm heat-sealing margin with ultrasonic welding temperature
    controlled at 220±5°C
  2. Apply dual-stage RF welding process with 3.5kg/cm² pressure maintained
    for 8 seconds
  3. Airtightness verification: Helium mass spectrometry leak testing required
    post-assembly (leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁵ Pa·m³/s)
